Top-up Degrees

What is a Top-up Degree? 

Top-up Degrees mirror the final year of a typical undergraduate degree. They are ideal for those who have achieved an HND or Foundation Degree and would like to ‘top-up’ their qualification to a full degree.  

Ordinarily, a full degree would take three years to complete. Because Top-up Degrees recognise the progress you have made at other institutions, it is possible to gain your Bachelor’s Degree in just one year.

Recognition of Top-up Degrees

Your Top-up Degree will be awarded by the University of Winchester and is recognised in the same way that traditional three-year degrees are. You will also be eligible to attend a graduation ceremony and have access to all the same services and facilities as any other student or graduate from Winchester.
