These communities are at the heart of student life and bring you together through sports, hobbies, special interests and provide safe spaces for underrepresented groups – so no matter who you are, there’s a place for you.

Not sure what to join? Straight after Freshers Week in September, Winchester Students’ Union host Give it a Go week where you get to try as many activity groups as you like. Whether you’ve got experience or are trying something for the first time, get stuck in and have fun.

Your Union also provides welcoming social spaces and a varied programme of events designed to bring students together. From creative and wellbeing activities to quizzes, live entertainment, socials and club nights, there are plenty of opportunities to relax, meet new people, and connect with others across the student community.
