Roberto Zambelli (FCCA, MBA) is an accomplished audit and finance executive, currently serving as Director of Internal Audit at Vodafone Three following the merger of Vodafone UK and Three UK in June 2025. In this capacity, he leads comprehensive audit initiatives encompassing operational, financial, and technology domains. His prior experience includes senior positions as Head of Audit and Risk within publicly listed companies and major charitable organisations, as well as six years with Vodafone Group.
Roberto is recognised for advancing data -driven and AI-enabled audit methodologies, fostering high-performing teams, and addressing the challenges of integrating analytics and behavioural insights to enhance assurance frameworks. He has also been selected as a keynote speaker at several leading industry conferences dedicated to the advancement of the Internal Audit profession.
He holds ACCA chartered accountant status and an MBA.
