I am Senior Lecturer in Sociology in the Dpartment of Social Sciences. Before joining the university I was a Curriculum Manager of Sociology in the further education sector as well as being a part-time lecturer with the Open University. In addition, I have worked in both the Sociology and Education departments at the University of Southampton lecturing at undergraduate and post-graduate level. I joined the University of Winchester as a part-time sociology lecturer in the sociology programme's first year of presentation in 2011 and am now a senior lecturer. I have authored 20 publications for both A-level and GCSE sociology.
