One-semester Licences are only available to particular groups of International students on one-semester exchange programmes.

Extended licences

Students who require an extended licence due to their course requirements (eg. Nursing, physiotherapy), will be charged an ‘off peak’ rate after the standard licence period ends. Further details of this will be sent to you.

Detailed below are the Catering Package Fees for the 2023/24 academic year. 

Catering Package 1 

Cost per week: £54.50
Cost for full contract: £1,689.50

Catering Package 2 

Cost per week: £76.30
Cost for full contract: £2,365.30

Catering Package 3 

Cost per week: £114.45
Cost for full contract: £3,547.95

The card holder may spend the allowance in any outlet throughout the week as required.

Bedding pack for single bed £30-£35

What’s included: duvet, pillow & linen for single bed 

Bedding pack for double bed £35-£40

What’s included: duvet, pillow & linen for double bed 

Kitchen pack £50-£60

What’s included: cutlery, crockery, selection of pans and utensils

We have partnered with student insurance provider Endsleigh to provide some cover for the contents in your room if you live in University Managed Accommodation (either on or off campus*).

You don’t need to do anything to action this cover, but we encourage you to ensure you fully understand the protection provided and check it is sufficient for your needs.
