A range of student accommodation is available including catered and self-catered accommodation on campus and University Managed Housing in the city.
The best way to find out about our accommodation is to book on an open day and attend an accommodation tour.
Self-Catered Accommodation
Self-catered rooms start from around £5,215 for a single room (without en-suite).
The self-catered licence covers the Christmas and Easter vacations and there is no requirement for residents to move out during these times.
Catered Accommodation
A catered room offers the peace of mind of knowing that most of your food is already paid for, as catering fees (approximately 14 meals per week) are included in the total residence fee.
The catered contract is a term time only contract. During the Christmas vacation, a half fee retainer is paid (included in the total residence fee) and residents must move out but may leave belongings in their room. During the Easter vacation, no fees are paid and residents must move out completely (including removing all belongings).
This figure includes your room fee, catering fees and the half rent Christmas retainer fee.
Couples and students with families
There are a small number of one and two bedroom self-contained self-catering flats available within our vibrant student villages. These are available on a 50-week licence agreement. Please see our Guide to Family Flats Booklet for more information.
